  1. 1850 Great Salt Lake, Utah Territory, USA. Martin and wife Mary with children James (18) born Vermont, USA, William (16) born Vermont, USA both Farmers, Hezikiah (6) born Illinois, USA and Lucien (1) born Des,  Salt Lake City, Utah Territory, USA and William (30) Farmer born Indiana, USA......
...... and wife Arlylia (22) born Maine, USA and children Lucius (2) born Indiana Territory, USA and MARTIN H and Mary Amor (twins) (7/12) born Des, Salt Lake City, Utah Territory, USA. Who was the William (30) Farmer born Indiana, USA? There appears to be another William who fits into this family, one born in 1820 seems rather early compared to the other children?
1860 Possibly Provo, Utah, Utah Territory, USA. Charles A PECK (32) Teamster born New York. Living with him, all born Utah Territory, USA, were Lucius A (12), MARTEN (sic) (9),  Arthur B (6), Everet (3) and David H (1) Marten's twin sister appears to be living with their father Martin and his wife Mary
1870 Salt Lake City Ward 17, Salt Lake, Utah Territory, USA. Esther PECK (29) born Iowa, USA Keeping House was Head of House and living with her were "?siblings" all born Utah, USA MARTIN (19) Day Labourer, Rebecca (10) At School, Lewis (5) At Home and John (1) At Home. Next door were father Martin (68) Blacksmith born Massachusetts, USA and his wife Mary (54) Keeping House born New Jersey, USA (she was born New York according to all other sources) and two children, not PECKs.
1880 Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, USA as Morton. With wife Jane and children Frederick and Morton (sic). Where was Lilian?
1900 Brighton, Salt Lake, Utah, USA
1910 Salt Lake City Ward 2, Salt Lake, Utah, USA
    1920 Burley, Cassia, Idaho, USA
1930 Salt Lake City, Salt Lake, Utah, USA. Daughter Effie and the BEYNON family were living one side of Martin and Jane, and  son and his family the other
Comments re birth date: On the 1900 census Martin is shown with birth date as December 1849. This would fit with the Martin included on the 1850 census, whereas on other census returns he is shown as being born in 1850, the date on the findagrave web site. Also shows both parents born New York whereas they were born in Massachusetts and Maine. On the 1910 census his parents are both shown as being born in Ohio, and then in 1920 they are both shown as being born in Vermont. And finally, in 1930 they are shown as being born in Vermont and Ohio respectively!

1900 Brighton, Salt Lake, Utah, USA

1920 Salt Lake City Ward 2, Salt Lake, Utah, USA with wife Elizabeth

1940 West 2nd South Street, Salt Lake City Ward 2, Salt Lake, Utah, USA with wife Elizabeth. Living with them was niece Leona M JACKSON (7) born Utah, USA
The chart above showed two marriage for Frederick but because of the name of wife and the birth dates I have been given for the children I feel that Frederick only married once and Elizabeth Rosetta is the same person as Lily R. I have found the first marriage but not the second, and as they were buried in the same plot with the name Elizabeth Rosetta I feel this must be the case. I have changed the chart above to show this. Looking at the Census information sent to me Frederick was never with his "two wives" together, he was either with Elizabeth or Lily R, again leading me to think it was one and the same person.
  4. 1910 Granger, Salt Lake, Utah, USA

Lots of work still to do to this chart, from the information sent I have managed to add a lot of the marriage details that were not there. I still have to look for missing Census details etc and also to look at any Trees on Ancestry to see if I can find further information. Have now added Census details for True SIMMONS née PECK, only had two children, now there are six, so expect similar situation with some of the other children. Also found children for Dell and George so giving me two further charts.
Have now found nearly all of the families on the 1940 Census, all living next to each other, for the present time I listed them all and have just highlighted in bold where I have entered them for that family, it add lots more children to be added when I put on the charts for them from this one.
Again having found Artie on 1910 and 1930 Census we have a lot more children for him and will look further for 1920 and 1940 when I put the chart on.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
