Jessie is down as ORR and there are two children down as grandchildren of Johnnie and Mary with the name ORR, Delbert J aged 3 (born 27th November 1906, a male) and Marion F aged 2  so assume children of Jessie but no husband with her. There also appears to be two further children for Johnnie and Mary, although Jessie as born in 1889 and the next child Marguerite E in 1901.
  5. On the 30th April 2020 a Barbara GIMSHAW wrote to me pointing out the I had missed this child on this chart. She is a Grandchild of Marguerite Esther PERRY on the chart above.
    She writes that the following story about this child bame for her cousin Clarie McCULLOCH regarding Amy Belle
    "Amy was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes. In the late 1800's, doctors did not know too much about the disease.
    The family lived in the country and her parents had to take her by wagon to the next town over in order to see the Doctor.
    After examining her, the Dr. told Amy's mother to just let her eat whatever she wanted -- that there was nothing more he could do for her.
    During their ride back home, Amy died in the back of the wagon. Shortly after the parents' discovery, a neighbor, riding his horse
    in the opposite direction, stopped the Perrys on the road. When they told their neighbor the tragic circumstances, he immediately
    turned around and dashed back home. Riding a horse, the neighbor was able to get to their hometown much faster as they were pulling a wagon. 
    By the time John and Mary Jane arrived, a large number of the townspeople had gathered
    along both sides of the main street through town with hats off out of respect for knowing that their child's lifeless body lay in the back
    of the wagon." [paraphrased]
