    1851 Census - 47 York Street, St Luke Old Street, Middlesex
    1881 Census - 10 Wincheap Street, Canterbury St Mildred, Canterbury.
    1900; Census Place: Hueneme, Ventura, California; Roll: T623 116; Page: 25B; Enumeration District: 163. He appears on this Census. but it appears that he did not stay in the USA. He appears again on the SS Lucania sailing from Liverpool on 27th June 1903 and arriving in New York on 4th July 1903. He is down as a Fruit G and has a final destination of Ventura, California. His answer to the question of has he been to the US before is 15 years. I have him appearing on the 1881 Census, he says on this Census that he has been in the US 11 years, so it appears that this trip in 1903 was just back to the UK for a visit. However, the records I have been given for this family says that he died in Saffron Walden, Essex
    I have gone for the spelling PIDDUCK on this Chart, in a lot of cases it is shown as PIDDOCK.

    1900; Census Place: Hueneme, Ventura, California; Roll: T623 116; Page: 37A; Enumeration District: 163. This continues the questions about this family. Edward appears in Hueneme Township, Ventura, California as does his wife, but they are not together. Harriet is with her son Sydney who is the Head and only person in the property on this Census. Harriet is down correctly as mother

  4. 1881 Census - 10 Wincheap Street, Canterbury St Mildred, Canterbury.
    Cannot find Edward on the 1900 US Census at the present time.
    1910; Census Place: Oxnard,  Ventura , California; Roll: T624_111; Page: 4B; Enumeration District: 209; Image: 955. It would appear from this find that at least one of the children of Harriet's first marriage - Robert Frank GREVILLE also went to the same place in the USA, as he is down as Head and a Farmer and with him is Edward PIDDUCK the eldest son of Edward PIDDUCK and Harriet. also there is a Mary down as Step Sister, but I do no think this is the case, I think she was the wife of Edward, and they just got confused with relationships. I thought that they might have all come to the US on the "Umbria" but the passenger list is in alphabetical order, so the GREVILLE's are not with the PIDDUCK's and the page with the "G"'s on is unreadable. Nothing comes up if you search for Robert GREVILLE until after the dates we know he was in the US.

    1910; Census Place: Oxnard, Ventura, California; Roll: T624_111; Page: 8B; Enumeration District: 209; Image: 963. Richard was the Head he was still single at this stage - Alice as sister was with him but now Alice HALL, she has two children but her husband William is not with the family - (we have no record at this time of a death for him) the two children are Willa B (a daughter) aged 7 born California, USA and Donald A aged 6 born California, USA. I will put a Chart on for this family at some stage. (I am working through all the PIDDUCK Charts at the present time before putting on families of the daughters of PIDDUCK's)
