SIDNEY-WILMOT Air vice-Mshl A, OBE, Grove Cott, Gt Horkesley (I think this is Aubrey)
    and
    SIDNEY-WILMOT H.F.
Silver, Hadleigh Rd, Uppper Layham, Hadleigh (I think this is Harold Fenman)

As can be seen from the above which I found on the Gravestone Photographic Resource Web Site. It appears from the inscription that Harold had a child/children. I think the fact he was married to Elisabeth T GREENE (who I do not think was a child of his but his partner after the death of his wife Mary in 1949). If she had been a child of his he would have only been fifteen when he had her so I think it most unlikely.
I have found the death of Elisabeth in 1983 in Ipswich district, Suffolk. So her full name was Elisabeth Teressa GREENE and she was born on 21st September 1923.

AIR VICE-MARSHAL AUBREY SIDNEY-WILMOT CB OBE (G24-32)- prior to WW2 he qualified as a solicitor. In 1940 he was commissioned into the Administration Branch of the RAF, where he eventually became Director of Legal Services (RAF) from 1970-1979. He was awarded OBE in 1948 and CB in January 1977.
He appears several times in the London Gazette.
Notes for Wendy Elizabeth WELLINGS or SIDNEY-WILMOT:

Aubrey SIDNEY-WILMOT married for a third time, as no Wendy SIDNEY-WILMOT/SIDNEY/WILMOT death has been found perhaps she remarried. There is a Wendy E WILMOT marriage to a Brian A J FISHER in June quarter 1968 in Warley East District, East Midlands. No Wendy E FISHER death has been found to verify date of birth.
1984 From the British Phone Books 1880-1984 there are several entries for a Wendy SIDNEY-WILMOT the last is in 1983 and it says she was living at 12 Matheson Rd W14
From the same directories the 1946 British Phone book shows a A SIDNEY-WILMOT at 144 Sloane st S.W.1 and a Wendy SIDNEY-WILMOT at 18 Pont st Mew S.W.
The 1953 British phone book show
    Sidney-WIlmot A 144 Sloane st S.W.1 and
    Wendy SIDNEY-WILMOT at 13 Chesham pl S.W.1
Unfortunately the next directory with Wendy is in 1975 and she is at 12 Matheson Rd W14 which is where she remains to the 1983 already listed.

Aircraft type Ilyushin Il-18D, Operator EgyptAir, Flight origin Cairo International Airport, Destination Nicosia International Airport
The EgyptAir Ilyushin Il-18 crash occurred on the 29th of January 1973. The turboprop ran the international route between Cairo International Airport and the now defunct Nicosia International Airport. All 37 people on board died.  It was the fourth accident, and the third with fatalities, involving the newly established EgyptAir. The plane crashed in the Kyrenia mountain range in Cyprus on its descent while approaching the runway from the north. The resulting explosion, about 12 miles (19 km) from Nicosia airport, resulted in a fire which was put out by the Cypriot National Guard. The turboprop hit the mountain at an altitude of 783 metres (2,569 ft) (117 metres (384 ft) below the crest).[4] The black box of the aircraft was analysed in Moscow.
Passenger nationalities were: 14 Britons, 7 US citizens, 2 Swedes, 1 French, 3 Egyptians, 1 Jordanian, 1 Canadian, 1 Irish. All 7 members of the crew were Egyptian. Two  of the passengers were Jean  SWORD née  SIDNEY-WILMOT and her husband Roderick William Dennistoun  SWORD

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
