  1. 1851 Census - The Avenue, Northfleet, Kent
  2. 1861 Census - South Side of Northfleet Hill, Kent.
  3. 1901 Census - 16 Prospect Terrace, Swanscombe, Kent. There was a Edgar EDMEADES, a nephew, aged 20 an Able Seaman, HMS Pembroke with the family on this Census
  4. 1891 Census - 29 Blomfield (Broomfield?) Road, Swanscombe, Kent. There was a Edgar EDMEADES, a nephew, aged 11 a Scholar, born Swanscombe, Kent and a Mabel EDMEADES, a neice, aged 9 a Scholar, born Swanscombe, Kent living with the family on this Census.
  5. 1881  Census - 11 Broomfield Road, Swanscombe, Kent. Living next door was a John EDMEADES and his wife Sarah aged30. Sarah was down as being born in Swanscombe. Edgar is with them, see Note 3 and 4, so definitely related somewhere, but I think it is to Helen ELLIS and not to the SKEWS family. We have a Sarah SKEWS on SKEWS Chart 0500 but the age and place of birth do not tie up with Sarah EDMEADES. There was also a Bertha EDMEADES, aged 3. Helen ELLIS is down as Ellen on this Census.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
