  1.
  2. 1861 Census - North Bridge, Wareham St Martin, Wareham, Dorset. Clementina (unmarried)was a Visitor to a James STRANGE aged 24 a Labourer born Stoke, Dorsetshire and his wife Emma aged 23 born Bere Regis, Dorsetshire
There are six children listed on Justin STANDFIELD's Genes Reunited tree for Clemintina  I have found Clementina unmarried on the 1861, and I have not been able to find the children listed on the 1841 or 1851 Census. I think the Children listed under Clementina are definitely part of this children as the first one had a child Clemintina in 1860, I just wonder if they were the children of Charles or William on the chart above and not Clementina herself. I have put the charts on as per Justin's information as it shows the following families. As he shows baptisms, marriages etc which do not appear on the IGI I assume he has found the information in he Parish Records and therefore has made his deductions from there.
1871 Census - Pound Lane, Islington St Mary, Wareham, Dorset. Clementina is down as a widow on this Census. No occupation born Bere Regis, Dorset.
  3.
  4. 1881 Census - New Buildings, Bere Regis, Dorset. The birth date on this Census would make him born in 1835 but we know he was baptised in 1833 and was possibly even older than this, but his wife was only down as being 39 (born 1842) so he might have made himself younger than he was.
Charles has the same baptism date as Harriet but I would think it more than likely that he was born before this date and the baptisms took place on the same day.
  5. 1861 Census - Trinity Lane, Wareham, Dorset. Down as cousin to a William STEPHEN, Head, aged 57 a Labourer born Wareham, Dorset and his wife Charlotte, aged 43 a Laundress, born Bere Regis, Dorset. Harriet had two children which we knew about with her (so the name is down as SELLEY on this census, but the children's names confirm we have the right person) Eliza 2 born Wareham, Dorset ad Elizabeth aged 3 months born  Gosport, Hampshire. We did not have George's first name but found on the BMD as shown above.
1881 Census - West Street, Lady St Mary, Wareham, Dorset. (down as wife, but it has been crossed through - George not with her). Daughter Ann SELLAWAY aged 20 no occupation, born Gosport, Hampshire and also H. Stockley Sellaway, granddaughter, aged 1 month born Wareham, Dorset, with the family there was also a Moses SELBEY as a boarder, a widower aged 41 a Labourer at Clay Pits, born Winfrith, Dorset, with the family.
1891 Census - Furzebrook, Church Knowle, Dorset. Harriet is with her eldest daughter who is married and had a large family. Harriet is 62 a widow, mother-in-law, a Dressmaker born Bere Regis, Dorset.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
