Living with her sister Fanny HORN who was shown as married but no husband present 1923 Delsie May FASHAM travelled to New York from Southampton on the "Berengaria" arriving on 1st September 1923. She is then shown an Obituary of a son as mother of an Alvin V TINKER who was born 6th September 1926 and died 14th May 2011 aged 84 with father as Ara TINKER. And as Delsie M TINKER 1930 She departed from Southampton and arrived New York on 3rd October 1930 on the "Berengaria" down as having been born in Broadstairs. Tinker (1926 - 2011) Obituary Alvin V. Tinker, 84, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2011, in Medina. Alvin was born Sept. 6, 1926, in Painesville, to the late Ara and Delsie May (nee Fasham) Tinker. Al owned and operated a SOHIO Station for many years near Willoughby. He also was a mechanic at a Buick dealership. After retiring, he also worked for Gene's Refrigeration and Costello's Spring Grove Auto Service. He served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He leaves behind many good friends and neighbors. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy (Krivac) Tinker. Graveside service with honors will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2011, at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman, OH 44270. Family and friends are invited to meet at Waite & Son Funeral Home, Medina Chapel, 765 N. Court St., at 9 a.m. to follow the cortege to the cemetery.
