  1. 1851 Census - Patterton, Scarcliffe, Derbyshire. There is a Charles WHITWORTH, brother aged 37 a Journeyman Blacksmith, a Francis WHITWORTH, a nephew aged 16 born Worksop, Nottinghamshire an apprentice and a Jane YATES a Servant with the family. Having found Ann on the 1851, 1861 and 1871 we have now established she was born in Patterton, Derbyshire (we had various spellings before) and that she was born in 1850. Will put a chart on to show the WHITWORTH family
