  1. 1851 Mill Green, Warboys, Huntingdonshire
    1861 Mill End, Warboys, Huntingdonshire.
1871 High Street, Warboys, Huntingdonshire. Charles is down on this Census as son in law. The Census needs to be looked at as all the children under him and his wife are down as BEDFORD but I do not think any of them are their children. They are with A Flowers ALLPRESS and his wife Ruth, Charles is down as son-in-law and Betsey is his wife. There are six children other than Betsey and I think as I have said they are all the children of Flowers ALLPRESS and his wife.
1881 High Street, Warboys, Huntingdonshire. Children on this Census - Pollie, aged 9 a Scholar, born Great Gidding, Huntingdonshire and Herbert 3 born Warboys, Huntingdonshire.
1891 Catherine Street, St Andrew the Less, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. Children on this Census - Polly aged 19, a Dressmakers Apprentice, born Great Gidding, Cambridgeshire, Herbert 13 a Scholar born Warboys, Huntingdonshire and Charles E, aged 2 born Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.
  2. 1851 Broughton, Huntingdonshire. There were two other people with the family, one a Tailor and on a Lodger.
1861 High Lane Drove, Warboys, Huntingdonshire. William and Charles are down as Nephews, so from the I would think they are with a brother of their father. William BEDFORD is the head, he is 43, a Farmer of 91 Acres, employing 3 men and 2 boys, born Warboys, Huntingdonshire. His wife is Eliza, aged 46 was born in Portsmouth, Hampshire. There are various other people with the family but no children of their own.

1901 19 Norwich Street, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. Herbert was a boarder, but I am certain that he is with his sister Pollie. I have found a marriage for a Pollie Allpress Bedford a ??? Pink in the ??? of ???. I could not find on the 1901 census, but when I bought up Herbert as a boarder there is a Pollie PINK as the Head of household, aged 29 born Great Gidding, Huntingdonshire, which matches exactly Pollie above. She is down as the Head of Household but she is down as married (not widowed). She has two daughters, Lilian M aged 2 and Ellen M aged 8 months both born Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. There was also another boarder a Jacob ALLAM? aged 60 a Jeweller and Optician born Poland.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family. The idea is that you click on the Chart box in blue to be taken to the next family. There is now a large number of charts to be found and connections can be made to all the main families I am researching. If a chart has a box with the standard background it means that as yet I have not put the Chart on the Web.
To conform to the Data Protection Act all the Charts have been altered to exclude all details for living people other than the name.
