    In 1881 there is a Celia BINGHAM living as a patient in The London Hospital, Whitechapel Church, Whitechapel, London. She is shown as being born in the Isle of Man; however, the next patient is shown as being born in St George in the East. Perhaps this is this Celia and the person who compiled the information on the census copied out information incorrectly.
