    Robert COBB believed that Elizabeth married again as he remembers someone called Billy HONEYBON who he thinks could have been her son by this other marriage. Further research has revealed that David COBB had previously married Elizabeth HONEYBON, a widow.

    David not shown in Family bible, (however, Jean WHEATON has a copy of his birth certificate which shows his parents as Charles COBB and Ramar COBB formerly DOREY)

  3. There is a Norris William HUNNEYBUN baptism on 2nd February in Wyke Regis, Dorset. I would think that this was the father of Arthur Norris on this Chart.
  4. 1901 East Lulworth, Dorset as Arthur COBB with HONEYBON added
    A death for a William Norris HONEYBOUN (sic), born 1866 was found in the June quarter 1893 in the Weymouth District, Dorset. No other information has been found. Was this Arthur's father? Arthur called one of his children William N
    There is a Norris William HUNNEYBUN baptism on 2nd February in Wyke Regis, Dorset. I would think that this was the father of Arthur Norris on this Chart.
  5. 1901 East Lulworth, Dorset as Winifred COBB
    It is possible that Winifred was born after the death of the first husband of Elizabeth COBB née RIGGS formerly HONEYBON. It is also possible that she is the child of David COBB born before they married in 1897.
    So, alternative Birth Registrations:
    Winifred Gertrude M HONEYBON born June quarter 1896 Wimborne District, Dorset or
    Winifred Lucy M COBB born December quarter 1895 Wareham District, Dorset
    In an attempt to decide whether Winifred was a HONEYBON or a COBB a search was done for a marriage, which has only confused things further as Winifred Gertrude M HONEYBON could have married as a COBB!
    A Winifred G M COBB married March quarter 1915 in the Wimborne District, Dorset to George PAYNE.
    A Winifred L COBB married December quarter 1915 in the Wimborne District, Dorset to Charles H LOADER
    There were no Winifred HONEYB*N marriages.
    A Winifred C M PAYNE, with mother a COBB, was born March quarter 1916 Wimborne District, Dorset
  6. 1901 East Lulworth, Dorset as Maud
    Found a marriage in 1918 which I think must be the correct one, the names that appear are in (-) above, ie Hilda F M and Edwin G, The F M ties up with Florence Maud and we had Edward/Edwin for her husband. We had three children for this family a Ron and two daughters, I have found these three children on the BMD, the first, Dorothy was born in 1920 so this would tie in for the date of this marriage.
