  1. 1851 Warner Meadow, Somersham, Huntingdonshire. As well as his wife and three children there was a Servant, a John WOODS, aged 20 a Farm Labourer, born Somersham, Huntingdonshire and four lodgers who were all farm labourers. These were Thomas Mitchell, age 21, John Aspinall, age 17, William Lane, age 18 and David Dean a widower age 44, he was born in Pidley, John and William were born in Somersham and Thomas was born in Needingworth, all in Huntingdonshire
    1861 Warners Farm, Somersham, also with the family at Warners Farm were two lodgers, a Woolston DRING age 20 an Ag Lab born Somersham Huntingdonshire and a George DRING age 22 an Ag Lab born Somersham, Huntingdonshire. (Must be related somewhere, or at least Woolston)

    1901 Parkhall Road, Somersham, Huntingdonshire. With John was a Granddaughter Beatrice WOOD aged 30 a Housekeeper born Somersham, Huntingdonshire. John is down as John Woolstone DRING a widower aged 84 Living on own Means born Well Fen, Cambridgeshire. Fairly sure that this is the correct John.
    Note on the same page of the 1861 Census is John's father and his wife and next door to him is a William DRING and family who would have been six years younger than John above. we have this William connected to another family but it is possible that this is wrong. As John and William were living next door to each other and both were Farm Bailiffs.

Children on this Census - Arthur aged 9 a Scholar born Trumpington, Cambridgeshire, Walter J aged 6 a Scholar born Trumpington Cambridgeshire, William aged 4 born Somersham, Huntingdonshire and Sarah aged 1 born Somersham, Huntingdonshire. There was a Lodger a Daniel BURGESS aged 24 a Farm Labourer born Somersham, Huntingdonshire.
    1881 Main Street Somersham, Huntingdonshire. Children William aged 14 Field Work, Sarah A aged 11 Scholar, Beatrice 9 Scholar (Beatrice was with her Grandfather on the 1901 Census so giving me the clue to find this family), Bertie A aged 2 all of them born in Somersham, Huntingdonshire.
    Information for Granddaughter Beatrice WOODS as she is with parents on 1881  Census, a servant in London on 1891 and with her grandfather in 1901 Census.
    1881 Main Street Somersham, Huntingdonshire. Beatrice is with her parents on this Census down as a Scholar.
    1911 132 Whitecross Street, St Luke London. Beatrice is a Domestic Servant to a Walter SMITH 43 a Butcher born Kibworth, Leicestershire, his wife Eliza aged 32 born Marylebone, London and children Emily M aged 10 a Scholar born St Lukes, Joseph W aged 9 a Scholar born St Lukes and Arthur aged 7 born St Lukes. There is another servant an Isabella GORDON aged 43 a Nurse born Chichester, Hampshire.
    1901 Parkhall Road, Somersham, Huntingdonshire Beatrice is with her Grandfather on this Census she is down as a Housekeeper
