Family History, Goatham Chart 0301 Victor John Goatham and Emily H Hollands

1891 Census - Church Street, St Peter, Ramsgate, Kent. There was also a lodger, a John G J VERTITH? aged 17 a Coachman, born London with the family. 1901 Census - The Bungalow, Northdown Road,, St Peters Intra, Broadstairs, Kent 1911 19 Northdown Road, St Peters Intra, Broadstairs, Kent David BURRIN also gives information for Victor that he was a Church Organist. Although I have three thousand chart on my site I do not have a heading for this situation. I have put it down as occupation but I would think this was not his main occupation but something he did on Sundays, hobbies does not sound correct for doing this. We have a lot of HOLLANDS in our charts born in the Thanet district of Kent. Some of them are related to the direct TERRY line. I have also found a marriage of a GOATHAM to a TERRY and then a child for that marriage, so I wonder if there is more connection than I think to my own TERRY line, and the GOATHAM name. The daughter on this Chart at present comes from information from David BURRIN. He says that a G E GOATHAM was a witness at the wedding of Herbert GOATHAM and Florence ROBERTS. At present I have no further information. Have now found the birth records index so gives me a name and a year and quarter for birth. ref 2a1713
