Having just found this Kate on the census on Monday 2nd August 1999, I am hopeful that this is the same Kate as she mentions. On 25th April 2010 I found the marriage of Kate GLOVER to Walter HARBROW and indeed they had three daughters, so details on the letter from Elsie to Maud in Newfoundland appear to be correct and relate to this Kate.
