1861 Alma Cottages, North Chapel, Sussex. 1871 Valentine Hill, North Chapel, Sussex 1891 Census - William Charles was married and living at 23 Victoria Road, Godalming, Surrey he was 30 and an Engine Drive at Saw Mills, born in North Chapel, Sussex, his wife Selina U was 30 and born in Godalming, Surrey, their children were: Jessie NEWMAN age (7 or 9) born Godalming, Sussex and Rosie NEWMAN age 3 born Godalming, Sussex. 1901 Census - 16 Victoria Road, Godalming, Surrey. On this Census Eliza DENYER is with family as a widow and mother-in-law so proving correct marriage. She is 68 and occupation down as Wash. Her son Thomas, aged 28 down as a Boarder is with them, occupation Paper Maker Machineman 1911 Census - Unstead Mill Shalford, Surrey You will see that the marriage date is 1890 but the first two children as shown on the 1891 census are born in 1882/1884 and 1888. I think this is the right marriage as Selina M as shown on the 1891 Census is not all that common and William is shown as William C born in 1860 in Northchapel, Sussex. Also and really confirming my thoughts in the same property on the 1891 Census is a Charles DENYER aged 66 a Gardener his wife Eliza aged 58 a laundress, their children, Jack 22 a Paper Mill Assistant, Frederick 20 a Paper Mill Assistant and Thomas 18 a Paper Mill Assistant, all born in Godalming, Surrey. (All ages are open to query as their is a thick line through the ages on this page of the Census ). I would therefore think that Selina was a daughter of Charles and Eliza.
