Something not quite correct here There is a Walter STRANGE not OVENS down as a Stepson born 1889 in Wareham with the GROVES family. So all correct but wrong surname, but also with the family is a Ivy STRANGE down as a Stepdaughter born 1895 in Chiswick, London, So I think this child was not an OVENS but a STRANGE or whoever she had a relationship between OVEN and GROVES as she did not actually marry John GROVES until 1924 it leads you to believe that Alfred OVENS was still alive when she had Ivy, William and John and that she was possibly no divorced.
