  1. 1851 Census - Gomshall, Shere, Surrey. There was a lodger a James BRISHAW with the family. He was 66, a retired shoe and boot maker, born Shere, Surrey
  2. 1861 Census - 1 Shermans Cottages, Shere, Surrey. Thomas, William and John were visitors with a Henry and Louisa MUNDAY and family.
  3. 1871 Census - Felda Green, Shere, Surrey. They had a daughter, a Emily, aged 6 months, born Shere, Surrey.
  4. 1881 Census - Nyes Cottage, Abinger, Surrey. Six children on this Census.
  5. 1891 Census - Felday Bottom, Shere, Surrey. Seven children with them on this Census. 
  6. 1901 Census - Holmbury St Mary, Shere, Surrey. Six children on this Census. There was a Boarder a Milliard BIDDLECOMBE, aged 28 a General Labourer, born Landford, Wiltshire with the family.

    I have put these charts and the ones off of it as SHEPHERD, on many of the Censuses it is spelt SHEPHARD, so it is more than possibly that this is the spelling and the descendants of these families might have it spelt with the A and not the E.

The idea of these charts is to give the information that we have found in the research we have done and put together and with the help of many other people who have contacted us over the past thirty odd years we have been researching our family.
