Family History, Tickner Chart 0800 Philip Tickner and Elizabeth Parker

1841 Census - Lane End, Shere, Surrey. Phillip was head of Household, down as head of Household and aged 78 with him was Job and his wife Mary. No wife with Philip so assume she had died before this Census. Philip, Job and Mary are down as being born in Surrey. There is a TIDY family next door to Philip and family, with a John TIDY as head but as he is only 40 I would think it is possible that he was a brother of Mary TICKNER née TIDY. IGI Baptism, I think the same applies to this Chart as TICKNER 0600, I think the birth dates given on the Family Tree Maker site of Alan-R-TICKNER are in fact baptism dates. Again I have left as I have been given and found information. The marriage date above is the same on the Family Tree Maker site and the IGI IGI Marriage (original information from Alan-R-TICKNER's web site. IGI - The two children shown - Job and Philip are the only two children that show up with a Philip and Elizabeth as parents but there is an Ann TICKNER baptised 8th November 1772 in Albury, Surrey with an Elizabeth down as the mother, but no fathers name shown who could be another child, possible that Philip had died by the time of the baptism. 1841 Census - Peaslake, Shere, Surrey. There is a Job aged 80 who I would think is the Job on this Chart. With him, and I assume his children, were James, aged 50, Henry 40, Sarah 50 and Ann 49. Remembering ages are rounded up and down it seems strange that the last person Ann has an age given of 49. I will put a chart on for this family. IGI Baptisms - taking the information found on the 1841 Census with James being around 50 I searched for a James baptised around 1791 and came up with James TICKNER, baptised 20th May 1787, Shere Surrey with parents of Job and Jane, so that is the first one confirmed and I think confirms my find on the 1841 Census. However this was submitted by a member of the LDS Church as was not their own extraction from the records. I looked for Henry without success but there is a Sarah, again submitted by a member of the LDS Church, with Job and Jane as parents she is down as being baptised on 10th July 1785 Shere, Surrey, and then their is Ann, again with Job and Jane as parents and again submitted by a member of the LDS church with the baptism date of 6th December 1789. So three of the four children on the 1841 Census confirmed as correct. In addition their is a Hannah baptised 25th July 1779 Shere, Surrey, a William 10th August 1783, and Mary 21st February 1781. I think that gives us seven children for Job and Jane at the moment.
