Family History, Adams/Sandwell Chart 0401 Albert Henry Adams, Charlotte Fisher and Jethro Sandwell

1841 Census - Spellars Court, St John's, Margate, Kent 1851 Census - 6 Spellars Court St John's Margate, Kent 1861 Census - Have found a Census where Jethro SANDWELL was still alive. The family were at 4 Lower Booths Place, Margate, Kent. Interestingly there is an ADAMS family at no 3 Lower Booths Place, A William ADAMS, Head, Harriet ADAMS wife and a William James ADAMS, son. They do not seem to tie up with Albert Henry ADAMS who she later married, but it is possible there was a connection, I will see if I can find if they are related in any way. 1861 Census - Have found a Census where Jethro SANDWELL was still alive. Found Albert Adams living at 15 Dane Road, Margate, Kent, he appears to have married a widow as the children living with were all named SANDWELL and were of a grown up age. Stephen SANDWELL, Age 24, Dealer in Coffee, born Margate, Kent, Julia SANDWELL, age 22 a dressmaker, born Margate, Ellen SANDWELL, Age 20 born Margate, Kent and Emma SANDWELL, age 18 a dressmaker, born Margate, Kent 1891 Census - 2 Northumberland Road, Margate, Kent, they appear to have one of Charlotte's children from her first marriage with them but he does not appear to have been on the 1881 Census. Difficult to read but Ancestry.com has deciphered it as Jethro and it could be he is 28 and a Gas Inspector, born Margate, Kent. She is living at 28 Clifton Terrace, Cliftonville, Margate, Kent. She is a Lodging Housekeeper. She has a family so will have to put a chart on at sometime in the future. With the family is a George Ernest WATSON a Nephew aged 32 a Clerk born Margate, Kent. Emma is down as having 3 children all living although Claude the youngest is not with family on this Census.
