    Thomas TUCKER owned the third largest fleet of fishing smacks at Ramsgate Harbour. In 1890 his smacks were listed as "Petrel", "Elsie", "Our Tom", "Our Girls", "Boy Will", "Thistle", "Lilian", "T & S.T.", "Edith", "Endeavour", "Susie" and "Ocean Star". In 1914 the list was as follows: "Our Tom", "Dewdrop" and "Jessie" owned by Susanna Hewitt Tucker, (widow of Thomas Tucker). "Our Girls", "Shamrock", "Edith", "Early Dawn", "Susie", "Florie" and "Glance" owned by Thomas Robert Tucker (son of Susanna Tucker)
    1906 TUCKER THomas Robert of "Silverdale" Picton-road Ramsgate died 28 September 1905 Probate London 27 March to Susannah Hewitt Tucker widow. Effects £10711 18s. 2d. (National Probate Calendar)

    1881 Census - 1 Balmoral Place, Ramsgate , Kent - Henry had married and had a son, Albert TUCKER, born 1873,  in London, Middlesex. There was also a niece, Alice POLHILL, born 1871, in Tenterden, Kent. As Henry's wife Kate was born in Tenterden I would think that Alice POLHILL was a relation on her side of the family. New Chart needed for Edward's family.
