I believe Minerva and her husband moved to Alberta, Canada between 1900 and 1910. There is a death of a Minerva BILLINGSLEY in Caldewell, Alberta, Canada who was born 1904 and died 1904, on the same Gravestone is a Leah E CARTER born 1902 and died 1909.
There are several border crossings for Minerva where she visited the USA, in all cases the date of birth is within a year or so of her birth and her birth place is given as Provo, Utah, USA so certain correct person. Will give fuller details when I put chart on for her.
In 1916 on the Alberta Census at MacLeod there is a family of BILLINGSLEY's. They came from the USA and are all Mormons, as is the whole community. The head is a James L which ties up with a son on the 1900 USA Census. The mother is down as Mary, not Minerva and she is 48 so born in 1868 which again ties up. James L was married to an Edna aged 21 born Alberta and they had a child Hilda aged 7 months born Alberta, Canada, then I think the rest of the family belong to Mary/Minerva, they are Lucinda aged 20 born USA, John T aged 15 born USA, Sydney aged 9 born Alberta, Ollenberg aged 8 born Alberta and Alfred L aged 4 born Alberta. (I do think this is the correct family) (Have now established that father died in 1915 so this again would tie up with details on this Census as Mary/Minerva is down as a widow)

Have found details for son Thomas, who was married to Cecilie. I thought as most of the families lived very near to each other I might find his father and mother, but they do not appear close to him, but there is Charles and his wife Minnie and his family, Charles appears on the 1880 Census and in the list below. These are the only two HOPKINS families who appear to be living in Joseph at this time.

I then tried Millard County as that was where Arletta died in 1928. Here I find Leroy HOPKINS born 1882 so I think this is Wesley Leroy HOPKINS who appears on 1900 Census and on he findmygrave list. He is married to a Flora and they have three children. Again this is the only likely family there and again no Arlett or Brognard.

My sister who compiled this information for this chart from various sources wrote on 11 August 2012
At present I have no information as to which child belongs to which mother so all the children have been entered as Leah's. However, in the notes information has been included for those not living with Leah to show with whom they were living with at the time of the various census returns.

I have now found a Family Tree on Ancestry.com which shows a lot of additional children and also shows which child belonged to which wife, it appears on this tree that his married both of them on the same day. I have now amended the chart to show all of the children we have found, with them divided between the two wives.

On the 14th November 2012 when I entered a lot more detail on this chart Ancestry.com was not working very well, so could not get into some of the Census returns, will look at again when I put on charts on from this one, hence such entries as 1900 occupation not looked for.
